Benefits of a Private Party
- You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of over 19000 Copyrighted Paintings.
- A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting!
- You will be able to choose from a 2-hour class ($40/person) Sunday through Thursday or 3 hours ($50/person) painting class.
- Our Prime time is Fridays and Saturdays, ($45/person) and a minimum of 15 guests. We do not accept on Friday and Saturday individual payment. Host pay is required on Fridays and Saturday. All sales are final.
- You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon, and evening slots available. The time slots for Private Events are: 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM.
- If a private event runs over scheduled time by more than 30 minutes, we charge $100.00 per extra hour.
- You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- No setup, no clean-up - just show up!
- No alcohol consumption before 4PM. Wine and beer only after 4PM.
We provide all of the art supplies; canvases, acrylic paints, brushes and aprons, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, wine cups, and wine openers.
Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice (we do not allow liquor; wine and beer only).
How do I reserve and pay for my party?
- Request a Private Event on our website by clicking "Host a Party". Once we have your request we will start the process.
- Sign the agreement.
- Pay the event deposit.
- We will send a link with the artwork gallery to choose your event picture.
Studio capacity:
Studio A can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests.
Studio B can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests.
There is a 7-day cancellation policy. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the cost of extra seats can go toward take-home kits or other retail. All sales are final. The Event Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy. Please read and sign before paying the deposit.
Individual pay: Not available Friday/Saturday. The host will receive a password to distribute to guests, guests can sign up and pay for their own seats.
Host pay: Available all week; required Friday/Saturday, required for "last minute" reservations (booking 7 days or fewer before date of event): Host/organizer pays entire balance meeting minimum seat requirement.
Additional Information for Kid Parties
Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date. No alcohol is allowed in children's parties. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages like sodas, juices, water, etc. are more than welcome.
