About This Event

Elevate your ambiance with our eco-friendly Soy Candle.

Try something NEW and create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle before you paint! Our soy candle burns cleaner and longer, releasing no harmful toxins into the air.

This class allows you to make your own candle, as well as paint the scheduled painting.

This Public Event is open to guests ages 14 and older. No observers allowed and no infants or children please.

PRE -REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee your registration and any special seating requests.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online only. We do not take payment over the phone.

WHAT TO BRING: Our studio is BYOB! You are welcome to bring in food and drinks to enjoy during class (Wine & Beer). We do not provide Ice and Cups.
You must be at least 21 years of age with valid identification to consume alcohol in the studio.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 15 mins early to get settled and seated. Event will begin promptly on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry as they are disruptive to Stage Artist and our other guests.

GROUPS: If making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or contact person in the Special Request box. We will seat you together! Seat changes not promised at class time.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
To receive a refund, a reservation must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the class will receive a store credit valid for 90 days. There will be no refunds or credits given for cancellations received less than 2 hours before class or no show/no cancellation. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified prior to class time.

Refund/Cancellation

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Public Class : We require a notice of cancellation at least 2 days before the event to receive a refund. Store Credit will be given if canceling the day before the event. No refund or store credit issued upon cancellation on the day of event. If you do not show up without canceling, you will not receive a refund or store credit. If you are more than 15 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment may be forfeited.

Private Parties - A minimum of 7 days' notice is required for cancellations. Deposits will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee if the cancellation is made with 7 days notice. The deposit will not be refunded if less than one week's written notice is provided for cancellation. If an event is cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled start, the full amount will be forfeited.

Paint Your Pet & Custom Classes - You must notify the studio 72 hours before the event for a store credit or refund. No credit or refund will be given if you notify us less than 72 hours before the event starts.
