Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

***REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY***

**** As of April 1, 2025 classes that do not reach a minimum of 4 people will be cancelled by the studio so invite your friends and family to make sure the class you want to take has enough people! ****

1. All cancellations must be made via EMAIL by responding to this confirmation.
2. PUBLIC EVENTS: More than 48-hour notice is eligible for a full refund, studio credit, or reservation(s) rescheduled.
3. Cancellations made within 48 hours to 12 hrs before the event will receive studio credit.
4. Cancellations made within 12 to 4 hours prior to the event will receive 50% of the purchase price in studio credit valid for 3 months.
5. Cancellations 4 or fewer hours prior to the event, no refund or credit issued.
6. Late Arrivals: Events begin and end at the scheduled time. No refunds or studio credit for late arrivals.
7. Private Parties/VIP group reservations have their own refund policy as stated in the event agreement.
8. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled by our office. Customers will be notified in advance.
9. Custom Paintings, e.g. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. will be given studio credit to come back and visit our studio.

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
- Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio.
- If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, events will be canceled, and studio credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from the issue date.

Credit Card charge backs or disputes- If you attend a class and dispute a charge you will be added to the Painting With a Twist list of people to now allow in out studios. If you have any issues, please reach out to the manager or owner first. If you use a fraudulent card to attend a class, you will also be added to the Painting With a Twist list of people to not allow in our studios and we will press charges.
