Your seat reservation is acceptance and agreement of the terms below.
Our adult public classes are open to customers ages 18 and above. Guests ages 15-17 are welcome to attend provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol, and the artists do reserve the right to ask for proof of age. We apologize, but we cannot accommodate observers, including infants, in any of our adult public classes.
Painters are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class time for "Happy Half Hour!" to unwind, relax, mingle, eat and drink! You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the mission of "Pink Heals" during this time. We can provide cups, napkins, paper plates, and wine openers. However, we will not be able to provide ice or refrigeration, nor do we provide utensils.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. If you choose to not pay online, please call the studio at 610-419-0572 to pay by phone.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hrs notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. A refund or store credit will be given for individuals cancelling with at least 24 hrs notice. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) Customers who do not call and do not show by the scheduled start time of the painting will not receive a credit or a refund of any kind.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes or change paintings due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and offered a refund or a store credit.
