Monique is a California native that moved to New Orleans 11 years ago and found her home. Since then, she has gained several titles including Miss Gay Vieux Carre America, Miss Exotique, Winter Queen I, and, most recently, Queen Petronius LIX. She has worked with countless charities and businesses in around the New Orleans area. She is excited to host at Painting With a Twist in Gretna, and hopes everyone is ready for a fabulous night of color, glamour, and fabulous art!
