Why book a Painting Party?
PUBLIC CLASSES
We have public events every day. Check out our calendar and choose which event you would like to attend. Most events are age 12+. Friday & Saturday evening events are age 18+. Family friendly events, which start at age 5 or have age listed in the name of the class, are usually on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
You are always welcome to bring your party into a public event. We will seat you all together if you indicate it in the seating requests that you are a group. We often celebrate birthdays and bachelorette parties within our public events.
PRIVATE PARTIES!
All private parties require:
- At least 5 day notice
- Guarantee of 8 paid reservations
- 3 person deposit
- Art must be chosen 1 week prior to the event
We provide everything that we typically do for a public studio event. All standard rules apply.
Party times are:
Mon-Fri 1-3pm, 6:30-8:30*pm
Sat 12:30-2:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm, 6:30-8:30*pm
Sun 1-3pm, 4-6pm
Other party times can be arranged.
*Adult parties on Friday & Saturday evenings.
Wine, beer, soft drinks, water and simple snacks are available for purchase. Everyone entering the studio will be carded. NO outside drink allowed, including travel mugs. Food and cake/cupcakes may be brought in.
We can accommodate up to 20 people in our Private Party Room or 50 in our main studio (with a guarantee of 35 paid reservations).
Once your party is reserved with a deposit, we will send you a link to our online library with over 12,000 paintings.
Your guests will have 30 minutes before the event and 30 minutes after the event to arrive and finish their paintings. Any time after that is billed at $50 for the hour.
A deposit of 3 seats is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final cost of the party.

KIDS PARTY
Ages 5-18.
Price $35 per painter.
Minimum of 8 paid reservations. The organizer of the party is responsible for the minimum.
Maximum attendees for party room is 22, including non-painting guests. If your party is larger than 22, we can discuss options to move into our main room.
2 non-painting guests may attend a Kid's Party with no additional charges. Any additional guests will be charged a $15 sitting fee.
Wine, beer, soft drinks, water and simple snacks are available for purchase. Everyone entering the studio will be carded. NO outside drink allowed, including travel mugs. Food and cake/cupcakes may be brought in. A party pack of water/Capri Sun is available for purchase.
A deposit of 3 seats is required to reserve your date and will be applied to the final cost of the party. In the event a Private Party is cancelled with at least 2 weeks’ notification, refunds will be issued with a $7 transaction fee per person. If less than 2 weeks notification, store credits will be issued to those who have already made a reservation. If less than 24 hours notification no refunds or gift certificates will be issued.
Art must come from the children’s/family art section. Art must be chosen at least 1 week prior to the event.
Canvas size is 11"x14".
The room is reserved for 2 1/2 hours. The artist will start at the scheduled time and teach/paint for 1 1/2 hours. Your guests will have 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the event to arrive and finish their paintings. Any time after that is billed at $50 for the hour.
At least 1 parent must be always present. The Host is responsible for the children, and any damage that might occur to the studio.
ADULT PARTY
Any age. Kids are allowed at adult parties but will be charged the full price.
Price $42 per guest. Organizer may pay for everyone or have guests pay individually. If guests are paying individually, a reservation must be made before the event either by booking online or making arrangements with the studio. Walk-ins aren’t available for private parties.

All attendees must have a paid seat. Any guests not painting will be charged a $15 sitting fee.

Canvas size is 16"x20". Size and type of canvas maybe changed by request and price will be adjusted.
