Our Studio is BYOB and our guests can bring refreshments to enjoy during class (No alcohol during Family Day/Pop in events). Adult Beverages limited to Beer/Wine/Seltzers. *See class description for Offsite Event Details. Must be 21 to drink alcohol

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

CANCELLATION POLICY PWAT MASON:
- 48 hrs or more notice to cancel attendance = Full Refund
- 48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance: Option 1 or 2 will apply:
1) All events where the surface has been prepared in advance (Pre-Sketched):
- Guests will receive a Twist at Home Kit for pickup at the next pickup date. No credit or refund
2) All events where the surface did not need preparation in advance:
- No refund. 3 month credit will be issued

Giving 4 hours notice or less to cancel attendance:
- No refund / no credit
- Cancellation policy still applies to guests registered 48hrs or less to scheduled class time

TWIST AT HOME KITS:
- No refund / credit

PRIVATE EVENTS:
- No credit or refund issued if private event has not met minimum registration (10 guests or 15 guests on Friday and Saturday PM)
- If minimum is met, standard cancellation policy applies
- Private Event hosts and/or guests needing to cancel due to covid will receive credit only (no refunds) within the 14 day cancellation window

LATE ARRIVALS:
- We begin and end on time for all classes. No refund or credit issued for late arrivals

PAINT YOUR PET:
- See class description for details

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
- Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio
- If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, class will be cancelled and complimentary credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from issue date
- If roads are clear and no weather advisory, class is held as usual. No refunds issued
