Date Night Cheese Board

1 cup Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds
1 tablespoon olive oil
to taste salt
2 ounces blue cheese
2 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into slices)
2 ounces manchego cheese (cut into slices)
1 bunch red grapes
add handful your favorite crackers
½ cup castelvetrano olives
2 ounces prosciutto
add microgreens (for garnish, optional)
