Dear Twisters, Over the past few months, we have missed seeing your faces and interacting with you in person as in “pre-pandemic” times. The only thing that kept us going was knowing it was all in the name of your safety and health, and that we would eventually see you again to provide our much-needed carefree escape. Now, the waiting period is coming to a close. With approval from Los Angeles County and the adoption of many new health and safety procedures, we are excited to announce we are planning to safely reopen for business on Saturday May 30, 2020. We also want you to know all the steps we are taking to provide a safe environment. Rest assured, we are working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and following guidelines from state and local health authorities. We have implemented new measures to keep everyone safe, such as increased cleaning and sanitizing of all high-frequency touchpoints, require guests and employees to wear masks, ensured hand sanitizing stations are frequently filled, following social distancing rules, and more. While these new measures will be an adjustment, our commitment to providing you with the best experience possible remains the same. We are so excited to welcome you back into the studio!
