About This Event

If you cherish your fur baby, then this is the class for you! Reserve your seat, send us a photo by email of your pet, and our extremely talented artists will sketch a detailed portrait of your pet that will be waiting for you when you arrive! During class, you will be guided on how to add layer on paint to create a customized portrait of YOUR pet!

*Only one pet per canvas* If you have multiple fur babies, please contact our studio for discounted pricing on multiple sessions. ONCE YOU REGISTER IT'S IMPERATIVE THAT YOU EMAIL US A PICTURE OF YOUR FUR BABY 10 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT SO WE CAN GET THEM SKETCHED OUT FOR YOU. EMAIL TO STUDIO312@PAINTINGWITHATWIST.COM. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PHOTO BEFORE THIS TIMEFRAME WE WILL HAVE TO OFFER A STORE CREDIT OR MOVE YOUR RESERVATION TO A FUTURE TIME.

**Please note that we cannot allow painters arriving more than 20 minutes late to participate in the class. It is a distraction to other customers and it will take away from your own painting experience. Traffic can be bad, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation!**

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. Customers cancelling with at least 48 hours notice will receive a non-expiring, store credit that can be used in the future for any class. For customers cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, customer will receive 50% of their original reservation amount in the form of a non-expiring store credit. No shows will not receive store credit. Parties of 8 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours). We are unable to refund your credit card if you mistakenly made a reservation.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class time and refunded back to their original form of payment.

Alcohol Policy

We offer beer, wine, and cocktails for purchase during evening adult classes. Alcohol is served to those 21+ with valid ID. Outside alcohol is prohibited by city ordinance.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
Refund/Cancellation

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer. Customers cancelling with at least 24 hours notice can receive a store credit for the Alpharetta
location only. Within 24 hours of the class, any cancellations will receive a 1/2 store credit. No-call, no-show, or notice after class start time a refund or store credit will not be available. (Please leave a message if calling after hours).

Observers, Infants, & under-aged children are NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must be a paid participant to attend a paint party.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough registrations for the event. Registrants will be notified at least 2 hours prior to class time and refunded back to their original form of payment unless they choose store credit for future events.
