Please arrive no later than 30 minutes prior if you are making a candle.
Just a few things to remember... We DO provide paper plates, paper towels, cups, and utensils. We do NOT provide ice. -We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time, however, you may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to class. If you are coming with others but making reservations separately and you did not make a request during registration; text your group's name to 409-866-0399 and we'll seat you together. If we do not receive your special seating requests, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated with your group. -If you have a question about the class or an extra special request please make sure to text it to us at 409-866-0399
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. Our materials are prepared 24 hours before events, so as long as we receive your cancellation before then we'll happily send a store credit for our studio. If your notice is received less than 24 hours before your session you may not receive a store credit. As soon as reservation payments are received they are split between taxes and bonbons, so monetary refunds can NOT be made. Even when tears are present.
LATE POLICY: If you are late to class our floor artists will NOT be able to give you individual instruction, & you might not finish your painting. If this is the case, you will be referred to our SOS class where you will have 2 full hours to complete your painting. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time if a class will have to be cancelled.
