Where are you located?

We are in Cimmaron Plaza at the corner of Bedford Rd and Hwy 183, behind The Mexican Inn.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks, including a small cooler to keep beverages cold.

How do I book a private party?

You can call us, visit in person, or submit a Party Request online. We’ll provide you with a party management link to choose your painting and manage reservations. See our Private Party page for more details.

Do you offer kid-friendly classes?

Most of our classes are kid-free, but we host Family Days and Teen Nights throughout the month. Check our Calendar to find and reserve a spot for your child.

Do you host fundraising events?

Yes! We hold Painting with a Purpose fundraisers most months to support 501(c)(3) charities. Call us for more details.

What is your refund policy?

• No-shows and same-day cancellations will not receive a refund or store credit.

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the event are eligible for store credit.

• If a refund is granted within 48 hours of the event, a 10% refund fee applies.

• Twist at Home kits are non-refundable and non-creditable.

How can I earn discounts on future classes?

Sign up for our Rewards Account online! You’ll earn points for every class you attend, which can be redeemed for discounts on future reservations.
