Benefits of a Private Party
- You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of over 10,000 paintings! A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting.
- You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available.
- Your group will have a private party room and your own artist-instructor.
- Prices are the same per person as our regular public classes. Our 2-hour, 16" x 20" canvas paintings are $39 per painter, while our long-canvas & wood pallet paintings are $41 per painter. 3-hour paintings are $49 per painter. We also have 1.5 hour paintings for our chidlren's parties, and they cost $29 per painter.
- No set up, no clean up - just show up!
- Your group gets the room for a half-hour before the scheudled start time of the painting, as well as for a half-hour after the scheduled end time of the painting, at no extra cost!
- Hosts of parties receive a gfit certificate good towards the purhcase of a future class.
We provide all of the art supplies. We also provide cups, plates, napkins, or bottle openers. We do not provide eating utensils or ice, so you would need to provide these on your own.
Guests may bring food and drinks of choice!
How do I reserve and pay for my party?
You can reserve your party online by visiting our webiste and clicking our "Host a Party" tab. In order to secure your desired date and time, we require a downpayment equal to 2 painters, $39 per seat, so $78 total. This downpayment will be applied for the registration fee for yourself and one other guest.
You will have 2 options to pay for the balance of your party. You can choose the "Host Pay" option, where you will pay for the remaining balance at the studio right beofre we begin painting. Or, you can choose the "Individual Pay" option, where your guests can register and pay for themselves on our webiste. The host/hostess will create a password, which they will share with their guests. This password will be needed for your guests to access the reservation page.
Should you opt for the Individual Pay option, your guests will have the option to upgrade to a framed canvas or wood board, when applicable. They may also purhcase a DIY candle as well!
Hosts can also email or print custom invitations.
How do I choose my group's painting?
After you book your party, you will be sent a link to our art library, at which time you can browse our entire collection of painting and choose your group's painting. We have around 10,000 2-hour paintings, as well as 1,500 All-Ages, 1.5 hour paintings, from which to choose!
How many guests can I have attend my party?
Our Private Party Room can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests.
Our Main Room can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests.
Is there a minimum number of guests to host a private party?
The minimum number of paid seats is 10. If you do not have 10 painters, no problem! You can still host your party with us, but you will need to pay for the "empty seats" up to 10. For each of these seats, we will gladly give you one of our Twist-at-Home painting kits, which includes a set of written instructions, paints, brushes and cavas!

Cancellation Policy
The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. The downpayment for a private party is equal to the fee for 2 painters. This fee will reserve 2 seats, one for the organizer and the other for a guest desingated by the organizer. There is a 14 day cancellation policy. The party organizer's credit card will be charged a $150 cancellation fee if less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
