What is Painting with a Twist?
Painting with a Twist is a fun art studio for anyone interested in painting or just looking for a fun night out! We provide everything you will need and one of our local artists will guide step by step through the specific painting of the day. Most of our guests have no painting experience and all of them have great success!
Can I stop in anytime and paint?
We hold classes at specific times and those are the only times guests can come in and paint. To join a class, please view our calendar, select a painting you like and register online. Don’t see a time that works for your email or call us to book an event that works around your schedule.
Are we allowed to bring in beverages and food?
Our studio is all BYOB - we only serve paint water! Feel free to bring in your favorite beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) to sip on and some light snacks to enjoy during class! Remember you are painting most of the time so finger foods are best! No corkage fee, and no upcharge for drinks, bring whatever you would like.
Do I need to bring anything with me to paint?
Your reservation fee includes everything you need to create a beautiful and unique painting! When you arrive, you are supplied with an apron, canvas, brushes, paints and step by step art instruction throughout the class! The only thing you may want to bring are some refreshments. Also, if needed please bring your own ice, plates, cups, and utensils.
Can my child come with me to paint?
We have specific classes on our calendar for young artists! Not sure call us.
All Ages classes are intended for ages 7 and up. Public evening classes after 7pm are for recommended for adults 18 and older.
Can I bring drink other than wine?
Of, course! You're more than welcome to bring in snacks to munch on as well!
When are your classes published?
Classes are published the 1st of every month for the following month.
Can I suggest paintings?
We will take painting suggestions into consideration as long as there are no classes going on for the date/time being considered, or there are no reservations for the class currently on the calendar.
Do I have to pay for my seat for a family class?
You only pay for the individual painting. You are more than welcome to stay and help your child or pay for your seat and join in on the fun!
Do you have birthday parties for kids?

Do you offer classes offsite (outside of the studio)?
Yes, we do. Please call us for more detail.
How can I redeem a gift certificate?
On the Complete My Registration screen, at the bottom with Payment Method, you will see a place to click "Have a Gift Card?"
Enter the 12-digit code in that field
If you have any trouble, give us a call and we can enter in your reservation for you.
Where can I get a gift card?
You can come by our studio before any schedule event, or simply purchase them online.
Can you hold my seat and I pay when I arrive?
We are sorry, but no.
Can I walk in, pay and join a class?
You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests get accommodated first. Additionally, when we have a big class, it takes additional time to prepare for the class. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible. Therefore online reservations are highly recommended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public and private events.
For public events at our studio:
If you notify the studio more than 24 hours from your reservation date, a refund will be issued upon request.
If you notify the studio less than 24 hours from your reservation date, no refund will be issued however we can issue a store credit or move your reservation to a new class.
No refund or store credit will be given for late or no call, no shows.
For all public and private events that are virtual, at home kits, and off-site
All sales are final, no refunds of credits.
Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined here, email, text or in the Private Event Agreement. There is no refund for “no shows” or “no calls”.
Custom Paintings, ie. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. we will not offer a refund, rather, we will give you a store credit to come back and visit our studio.
Bad Weather: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancellation due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast.
