This is a 21+ studio. Please bring your ID. No BYOB allowed. Absolutely no outside beverage of any kind, including water, allowed to be brought into the studio. The studio bar offers beer, wine, and soft drinks for sale. Complimentary water is available.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

In-Studio Classes:
This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last-minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception.
- Full refund will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice.
- A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice.
- Same Day cancellation or "No Shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds.
Please check weather, traffic, and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 805-484-4444.

Age Policy:
All events at Painting with a Twist Camarillo are 21+ and guests agree to the age policy when registering for events. Please be aware that Painting with a Twist is not responsible for the registration of underage participants for our events. Any canceled reservations due to underage participants will fall under the same cancellation policy as stated previously.

Private Events:
Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in their Party Agreement.

Virtual Classes:
Follow the In-Studio cancelation policy. Once kits are picked up, refunds and store credits are no longer available.

Twist at Home Kits:
All sales are final. No refunds or store credit will be issued.

*Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances or fewer than 4 reservations. Registrants will be notified the day before if the event is at risk for cancelation. Refunds or store credit will be issued accordingly.
