If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together. Everyone must have a paid seat - we do not allow observers.
ARRIVAL TIME:
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the event start time for “Happy Half Hour.” All events begin promptly on time, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat!
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the designated start time, you may not be allowed to paint and you will not be refunded.
BYOB:
We are a BYOB studio. We do not sell/serve alcohol, but you may bring wine/beer/seltzers and snacks! No hard alcohol. We provide plastic cups, wine openers, plates, and napkins. ***You must be 21+ to consume alcohol.***
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Please sign up through the event link online to reserve your seat. We do not accept walk-in reservations for events. Check for an email confirmation to ensure registration has been processed.
FINDING US:
We are located at 329 N. Harrison Ave, Cary, NC 27513 in Shoppes on Harrison Plaza. There is additional parking behind the building, if needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require 48+ hours notice for refunds. If you notify us between 24-48 hours of the event, we will issue a store credit. No refund or credit will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the event. No shows will not receive a refund or credit.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be canceled. Customers will be notified in advance and refunds will be issued.
