Class is for ADULTS ONLY(Age 16 & older) BYOB
*PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: All guests must be registered for class prior to arrival to guarantee registration and special seating requests. You will receive an email confirmation if properly registered. You may reserve & pay online, by phone (972-637-4445) or visit our studio in person for payment.
*WHAT TO BRING: You are welcome to bring in light snacks and drinks including Beer and Wine to enjoy. Cups & Wine Openers are available for your use! You must provide your OWN plates and utensils for food.
*CLASS TIME: Painting begins PROMPTLY at class time! Please arrive 20 minutes prior to class time to park, check-in, unwind, uncork,& get aproned! If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.
*SEATING REQUESTS: If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. No seat changes are guaranteed at class time!
*CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24-hour notice. If cancelling within 24hrs, the reservation can only be moved to another event on our calendar. No Call/No Show will not be issued a store credit. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours, 972-637-4445).*
**PWAT reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time when circumstances allow. We must have 4 painters in order for the class to make. We will gladly move your reservation to another event or offer a store credit.**
We are at 105 E. Beltline Suite 700, Cedar Hill, Tx 75104. We are right beside Papa Johns on Beltline (not 1382) and in the same strip center as Mint Dentistry. Our closest intersection is at New Clark Rd and once through that intersection, we will be on the left.
