About This Event

Our Open Studio class allows each person to choose their own painting to create. We have hundreds of options to choose from and multiple canvas sizes and surface types to fit your need. Our artist instructor will be there to assist you as you complete your painting, providing instructions and tips to help you make a masterpiece.

Before you book, take a look at our gallery at www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/cedar-park/gallery (or click About Us > Gallery above). Choose your painting and write the name in the SPECIAL REQUESTS section as part of your checkout process. If you can’t decide when you are booking we can help you choose before your class.

Details About Your Class
• This class is for ages 13 and up.
• Doors open 15 minutes before class time. Come in, pick your spot and begin the fun.
• We are BYOB, so guests 21 and older are welcome to bring beer, wine, champagne or whatever else you want. Water, soda, coffee is good as well. Whatever works for you.
• We start right at class time, so please be on time.
• Every seat requires a reservation in advance. No extra visitors / observers.

Groups
We’re happy sit people from individual reservations together. Just enter a group name during the check out process, and we’ll be sure to sit you together.

Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid due to staffing and inventory requirements.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit
• Painting with a Twist reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Guests will be notified in advance.

Age Policy

This event is open to painters 13 years or older. Ages 13-17 must be with an adult. Observers, infants and children are not permitted in studio during class times.

Refund/Cancellation

Please note that the cancellation policy listed on the class event page supersedes any cancellation or refund policy described elsewhere on our website or social media channels.

Class Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event for regular classes.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Paint Your Pet Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 7 days prior to the event for Paint Your Pet classes.
• Any requests within 7 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event are forfeited as we have already pre-sketched your pet. No refund or store credit is provided.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Retail Sales
We do not provide store credits or refunds for retail purchases, which include Twist at Home kits and Pop in and Paint reservations.
Items ordered and not picked up within one week will be returned to inventory or donated.
