BYO Beverage(s) and Snacks are for 21 and up. We now are serving Beer!! Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Drink responsibly. We reserve the right to phone a cab/uber at the customer's expense.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We require a 48-hour notification if you cannot make a class. If we do not receive notice we cannot provide a refund. Consideration will be given for a class credit if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on the day of the class will result in forfeiting your class fee. No shows for classes will not be refunded or given store credit. Classes start precisely at their start time and if you are late you may have to forfeit the cost of your seat. Please be considerate to the other guests who are also in your class and plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. Paint your Pet requires a 7-day cancellation, as it is labor intensive and we Pre-sketch you pet well in advance. Again, for the consideration of all painters, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. We do reserve the right to cancel the class if our minimum of 4 seats are not filled within 24 hours of class.
