In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Public art parties are occasionally subject to cancellation if we receive fewer than 5 registrations. We will send a Potential Cancellation Notice by email 24 HOURS BEFORE an event if registrations are low—this is your chance to encourage a few more friends to sign up!
Should it be cancelled, we will send a Cancellation Notice 4–6 HOURS BEFORE the intended event time. At that point, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or a credit towards another event.

CANCELLATIONS: Due to Covid our cancellation policy has changed. Sorry, but there are no refunds for cancellations, but we will offer studio credit for future events. Sorry, no refunds or credits are available for NO SHOWS.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: If Bottle & Bottega cancels an event due to extreme weather, you will receive a FULL REFUND or CREDIT towards a future event. If Bottle & Bottega is open, but you are unable to get to us due to weather conditions, you may transfer your reservation to another event, but must call prior to the event start time to let us know.
