Try something new and create a DIY SLIME before class! Our SLIME add-on is available with your registration.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY BEFORE THE START TIME IF YOU ARE MAKING SLIME.
For seating purposes, please advise us upon making reservations if you will be meeting friends, along with some names, OR if you will be attending SOLO.
Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch-up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION OF CLASS TIME FOR LATE ARRIVALS.
AGE POLICY: We do not allow infants, toddlers, children under 18, or observers during this class. No Exceptions.
BYOB: Drinks and food, including alcohol. We provide cups, napkins, bottle openers, and ice for chilling but not serving. You are allowed to bring your own ice in a small cooler. We do NOT provide silverware. Please, no confetti. You must be 21 to consume alcohol—no open flames or plugs.
PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation. Phone reservations require a minimum 50% of the balance due. No studio credit will be offered if there is a no-show or inadequate cancellation notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hour notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hour notice for three or more seats. Class credit will not be given for inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows. We do not offer refunds for guest cancellations. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: studio255@paintingwithatwist.com
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than four reservations will be canceled, and you will be notified via email. In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, guests will be offered their choice of studio credit, transfer reservation, Twist at Home kit, or a refund.
