About This Event

During this event, the kiddos will get to write letters to Santa and "mail" them to the North Pole! These letters will later be shared with the parents via email.

Create your own soy candle from 24 amazing scents! Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to class start time to create their custom candle which can be taken home at the end of class. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.

*FAMILY DAY CLASSES: ALLOW ADULT OBSERVERS TO ATTEND WITHOUT A PAID RESERVATION
- Class is 1.5hrs taught step-by-step and recommended for ages 6 and up

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
- Guests must reserve and pay for a seat in this class prior to arrival. We cannot register for any class at the door
- Check for an email confirmation to ensure registration has been processed
- Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced. See Cancellation Policy tab below

ARRIVAL TIME:
- Doors open 30 minutes before event start time for 'Happy Half Hour'
- Instruction begins promptly on time
- Late Arrivals: No credit / refund

AGE POLICY: Please check each class for age recommendation
- Evenings are reserved for adults for a much needed night out in a kid free zone
- Younger guests can attend select day classes based on age
- No infants / small children allowed in any event

SITTING WITH FRIENDS:
- Choose one name for your group and have all guests say they are sitting that group when registering (i.e sit with Bob)

WHAT TO BRING:
- Refreshments and light snacks are welcome
- *Family Day is an alcohol free zone - no exceptions

- Our studio is at 25102 Brookpark Road Suite 116, North Olmsted Ohio 44070. We are located in the Target parking lot next to Crumbl Cookie.
Age Policy

6yrs to Adult welcome. FAMILY DAY Class allows a Parent / Guardian (adults only) to observe class without a paid reservation. Infants & Young Children not permitted during any class time

Alcohol Policy

The Twist is our studio is BYOB and guests are welcome to bring refreshments to enjoy during class. Adult Beverages limited to Beer/Wine/Seltzers (No Hard Alcohol Allowed). Must be 21 to drink alcohol

Refund/Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY PWAT NORTH OLMSTED:
- 48 hrs or more notice to cancel attendance = Full Refund
- 48 hours - 4 hours notice to cancel attendance: Option 1 or 2 will apply:
1) All events where the surface has been prepared in advance (Pre-Sketched):
- Guests will receive a Twist at Home Kit for pickup at the next pickup date. No credit or refund
2) All events where the surface did not need preparation in advance:
- No refund. 3 month credit will be issued

Giving 4 hours notice or less to cancel attendance:
- No refund / no credit
- Cancellation policy still applies to guests registered 48hrs or less to scheduled class time

TWIST AT HOME KITS:
- No refund / credit

PRIVATE EVENTS:
- No credit or refund issued if private event has not met minimum registration (10 guests or 15 guests on Friday and Saturday PM)
- If minimum is met, standard cancellation policy applies
- Private Event hosts and/or guests needing to cancel due to covid will receive credit only (no refunds) within the 14 day cancellation window

LATE ARRIVALS:
- We begin and end on time for all classes. No refund or credit issued for late arrivals

PAINT YOUR PET:
- See class description for details

BAD WEATHER POLICY:
- Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio
- If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, class will be cancelled and complimentary credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from issue date
- If roads are clear and no weather advisory, class is held as usual. No refunds issued
