We hire artists and prepare supplies based on reservations. Thank you for understanding that our policy must remain firm and supports small business in our community. We cannot make an exception for those who failed to read it.
Regular Class: Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class or kit. Cancellations must be requested no later than 2hr before the scheduled class start time to receive full credit. (4 hours prior for an offsite event) Store credit will expire 1 calendar year from the date of issuance. We staff and prepare supplies according to reservations. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we must be firm with this policy. Cancellations within 2hr of class start time & any no call/no shows will not receive a store credit.
Paint Your Pet: Once the artist has sketched (timing varies by artist) the only option for a cancellation is to move the reservation to a future Paint Your Pet event or receive a PYP take-home kit. Cancellations must be requested no later than 2hr prior to the scheduled class start time. (4 hours prior for an offsite) No call/no shows will not receive a kit or store credit.
Painting with a Purpose Fundraiser: There are no studio credits or rescheduling options for cancellations associated with a Painting with a Purpose as proceed are dedicated to the selected non-profit.
Mothers Day Weekend, Valentines & "One Time Only" Special Events: These events are high-demand & sell-out every year, therefor we must instill a required 24hr notice of cancellation to receive a full credit or take-home kit. Five (5) to Twenty-Three (24) hour notice will receive a 50% credit or kit option with a $10 balance each due at pick-up. Less than Five (5) hour notice will not receive any credit or kit.
If we are unable to hold the class/event or complete your order due to any fault on our behalf, a County Mandate, or due to severe weather, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative option. Options will include rescheduling the class to a later date/time, shifting your reservation to a future class or receiving a studio credit good towards any future class or kit purchase.
Special considerations may be available on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund should none of the alternative options suffice. If a refund is issued, it will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone class, or cancel for unforeseen circumstances.
