Why book a Painting Party?

Why book a party at our Downtown Studio?

  • You Choose the date, time & painting project!
  • You get a private party room with your own artist which holds up to 16 people, or you may reserve our main studio that holds up to 50 people.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!
  • No Extra Fees! A private pARTy is the same price as a regular class. Minimum of 6 people required for our pARTy room (10 Friday Evening & Saturday ).
  • The “Twist” (beverages) may be purchased from our fully stocked Inspiration Bar and you can bring or cater your own Snacks & nonalcoholic drinks.

How Many People do I need to have a pARTy:

  • Minimum of 6 painters (10 Friday Evening/Saturday) 
  • If you expect more than 16 people, you will need to book our main-studio which comes with a 15 person minimum ( 25 Friday/Saturday Evening)

If you do not have enough people to book, you can get take-home kits in lieu of those seats or request a VIP table (The whole table just for your group!) at any of our public classes. VIP tables are available for groups of 4+

When can I have a party?

ANY day of the week & you name the time (8am - 11pm), subject to artist availability.

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

Simply fill out the "Request Party" info & we will get you all set up! 

Deposit equivalent to Two painters is required at booking, which also covers your first two reservations. (Deposit equivalent to 10 painters due to reserve our main studio)

7 day minimum cancellation notice.

How do I pay for my party?

Charges will depend on the time/canvas type selected. ($39pp for standard 16"x20" canvas, 2hr class) The party spokesperson will reserve the desired day & time with a two seat equivalent deposit paid securely online. Party guests can signup online with a passcode or pay the spokesperson who then pays in one lump sum 24hrs prior the party, or individuals may pay at the time of the party (so long as the minimum required seats have already been met). Once your party request is made, you will receive an email containing the agreement & deposit request for your pARTy. To complete your booking & guarantee your event, you must sign your agreement & pay the deposit. 

How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?

The sooner, the better! We will try to accommodate any request.

How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?

Once your party is booked an invitation to our online gallery is generated & emailed over to view our library of 10k+ paintings.

Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Children’s 1.5 hour parties are discounted at $29/person. 60%+ of your party must be 13 or younger for this option. (Not available for Friday & Saturday evenings) 

We do offer a military discount. please inquire.
