Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

**NO REFUNDS** All sales are final/non-refundable.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class. Your store credit will expire 1 year from the date it was issued.
Cancellations within 2 hours of the start of class will not be issued a store credit.
No call/no shows will not receive a refund or store credit. No exceptions.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone class, or cancel for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled by our office 2 hrs prior to the start time. If class cancels, customers will be notified in advance and a store credit, transfer to a different class or a take-home paint kit will be offered to you. Thank you for understanding that refunds are not an option and thank you for supporting small businesses in Colorado Springs.
