All sales are final/non-refundable.
Classes with insufficient reservations may be cancelled 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time. If you would like to check to see if a class has enough reservations already, please call or text us at 719-358-7758 before booking your seat.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer studio credit to use on a future class, pop in project, or take-home kit. Cancellations must be requested no later than 1 hour before the scheduled class start time to receive full credit (3 hours prior for an offsite event). Studio credit will expire 1 calendar year from the date of issuance. We assign staff and prepare supplies according to reservations. Thank you for understanding that as a small business, we must be firm with this policy. Cancellations within 1 hour of class start time will receive a partial credit (minus a used supply/overhead fee of $10 per person) unless otherwise noted. No-call/no-shows will not receive a refund or studio credit.
Special considerations may be available on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund should none of the alternative options suffice. If a refund is issued, it will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone class, or cancel for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled by our office 2 hours prior to the start time or the night before for morning classes. If a class is cancelled, customers will be notified in advance via text and/or email. Studio credit, transferring to a future class, or a take-home paint kit will all be options for you.
