Please see the Party Info tab for our cancellation policy on private parties.     For our PAINT YOUR PET WORKSHOPS: we require 2 weeks notice to cancel, due to the labor intensive prep-work and limited seating.

Q: At what time should I arrive for class?

A: We encourage our guests to arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to class so we can get you and your party checked in, you wine uncorked, smocked & in your seat!  Class starts promptly at the time listed and we want to honor that schedule for all of our guests!

If you have registered another guest, please let them know to arrive early!

Please note that we cannot allow late arrivals to participate in class as it is a distraction to the other guests and our artists and takes away from your own experience. Traffic is always heavy around Harbison and I-26, so please plan accordingly!

Q: What do I wear?

Whatever is comfortable. Even though you’re wearing an apron, there is still the chance that you can get paint on your clothing. Please don’t wear anything fancy.

Q: Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are required for all Artist Led Classes. You may reserve online or via telephone.. All payments for reservations are processed at the time the reservation is made. We do require a credit card for reservations made via telephone.

Q: Are gratuities appropriate?

A: We feel our artist/host do a fabulous job, if you feel so inclined to let them know with a gratuity (tip) it is always greatly appreciated but never expected.

Q: Can children under 18 years old paint?

A: Yes. We have age restrictions listed in the class descriptions, please check those requirements out prior to reserving. Our age restrictions are listed on each individual class.
