You must be 21+ yrs old to BYOB and take full responsibility when attending or hosting an event at our studio. Guests visibly under the influence may be asked to leave immediately.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING NO LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT (PUBLIC or PRIVATE) NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public and private events. Studio credit will be issued for any/all cancellations. No exceptions. In rare cases of a class being cancelled due to poor weather conditions or other studio/class emergency, a store credit will be issued to all registered guests which may be used for a future class.

Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by host.

Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.

Private party deposits and/or payments are refundable ONLY if you notify us in writing via email NO LESS THAN 7 days prior to the event. There will be a $5.00 a seat charge for all cancellations. 'No shows' will NOT be issued store credit nor refunds for any reason. The 'No show' payment (and/or deposit) will be forfeited. No refunds for any reservation cancellation with less than 7 days. You will only receive a store credit for a future visit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Painting with a Twist reserve the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible or at least 24 hrs prior to class time and will be given the opportunity to attend a future class or a gift certificate will be issued. (No refunds)
