About This Event

(3 Hour) Ages 18+ Welcome! Try something new and create your own candle before class! Look for our candle add on available with your registration.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO START TIME IF YOU ARE MAKING A CANDLE.

Couples purchase a painting surface for each painter in your reservation to complete the set or singles may choose a side!

Arrive 20-25 minutes prior to start time. Late arrivals will miss important instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" from instructor or assistant. NO EXTENSION OF CLASS TIME FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

AGE POLICY: Due to alcohol being on the premises, we do not allow infants, toddlers, children under 18 or observers during this class. No Exceptions.

BYOB: Drinks & Food, including alcohol. We provide cups, napkins, bottle openers and ice for chilling, but not serving. You are allowed to bring your own ice in a small cooler. You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID.

SEATING REQUESTS: Tell us who you want to sit with in the “Seating and Special Requests” section.

PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. Phone reservations require minimum 50% of balance due. Should there be a no show or inadequate cancellation notice, no studio credit will be offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours’ notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hours’ notice for 3 or more seats. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class credit will not be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats for full studio credit. We do not offer refunds for guest cancellations. Reply to THIS email to cancel.

Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be canceled, you will be notified via email. In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, guests will be offered their choice of studio credit, transfer reservation, Twist at Home kit or a refund.

Refund/Cancellation

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: 24-hours notice required for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats via email to receive full studio credit. Class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given for inadequate cancellation notice or for no-shows - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not offering refunds for individual cancellations.
CANCELLATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: 7-days notice required via email to cancel for full refund. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be cancelled, you will be notified via email.
