You will not be able to change your painting the day of the class! We will have already prepared your palette and canvas for your first choice!
**If you do not submit a choice and we cannot get in touch with you, we will cancel your reservation.

Open studio sessions work much like Paint Your Pet: artists will circulate amongst guests, giving one-on-one assistance with your painting.

****This class is not recommended for first-time painters unless you are comfortable with working on your own.

For seating purposes PLEASE advise us upon making reservations if you will be meeting friends, along with some names, OR if attending SOLO.

As a courtesy to others please arrive 15 minutes prior. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. There will be no extension of class time for late arrivals.

COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING AVAILABLE. Although tipping is always appreciated! Additional parking located west of our lot between Black Swan Yoga and Nicholson-Hardie (across from 7-11)

Cancellations & Refunds:

>We require 48-hour cancellation notice in order to receive a full refund or store credit.

>Less than 48-hours of the the event will receive a partial store credit that may be applied to a future class.

>Refunds (including store credits) will not be issued with less than 24-hours prior to scheduled event.

>"NO SHOWS" WILL NOT RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT or REFUND.

Scheduled Classes: Refunds/Store Credits will not be issued for any cancellations made 48 hours or less before the reservation.
Class attendees who are considered "no shows" will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.

Private Parties: Private Party cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled event will not be eligible for store credit or refund and will forfeit their deposit.
