We are following the recommendations set by the CDC.

WE SELL ALCOHOL and SNACKS or BYOB! Alcoholic beverages maybe present. You are welcome to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer and other food or snacks. However, we also carry a wide range selection of soda, coffee, wine, beer, and more for purchase at the studio. We DO provide Ice and Cups if needed**.

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY to park and check-in. This also allows you time to unwind, uncork, mingle with friends & get smocked! ARRIVALS MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PAINT AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR PAYMENT.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone (954-482-0515) or visit our studio in person for payment.

COMING WITH OTHERS? Give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We will do our best to seat you together!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: All seats are non-refundable. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at less than 24 hour notice.Parties of 4 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. (Please send an email if contacting after office hours or on the weekend.) No-shows will not receive a refund or store credit. Cancellations must be made by the registering party.

Classes may also be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum registration is not met.

Refund/Cancellation

Public parties, Store Credit Only will be given for individuals canceling class. "No shows" will not be issued store credit. If you are 15 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Private parties must be cancelled no less then 7 days in advance in writing to get a studio credit. If the party is not cancelled in the required time frame, no refund or studio credit will be issued. Refunds are based on studio's descretion.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior whenever possible to class time and refunds will be processed.
