Our studio is BYOB-friendly. By law, you must be age 21+ to consume alcohol in our studio. Cups and bottle openers are available, ice is not provided. Order in-studio from Howling Mutt Brewery for beverage delivery.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or later to your event, you WILL NOT be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee.
For Private Parties: the host/hostess of the party must place a non-refundable deposit to secure their party. There is a 14-day cancellation policy. Minimum party balance is required no later than 24 hours prior to event start time.
Please note our CANCELLATION POLICY applies to all public and private events- NO EXCEPTIONS.
STORE CREDIT ONLY: WE DO NOT OFFER PARTIAL OR FULL REFUNDS- Store Credit expires after 90 days
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for public events. Individuals canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will not receive store credit or a refund of the registration fee.
In the case that your event is canceled/rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (like weather or employee emergency), you will receive store credit to be used at a later date (no expiration).


**Painting with Purpose events are Final Sale, and cannot be switched to another event or canceled by guest for store credit. Twist at Home kit available only.
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON OFFSITE EVENTS - NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT
** A lot of preparation goes into making Paint Your Pet a successful event. Twist At-Home kit or reschedule to next Paint Your Pet ONLY. No store credit or refunds. We require 24 hours' notice of cancellation for public events. Individuals canceling with less than 24 hours' notice will not receive a kit or rescheduling accommodation.
**DIY Paint reservations are FINAL. No refunds, store credit, or transfers.
