NO SHOWS/NO NOTICE = NO STORE CREDIT OR REFUND!
PUBLIC CLASSES
We DO NOT offer REFUNDS, no exceptions! If you are unable to make the class you booked, please call, text, or email our studio at least 4 hours before your scheduled class and we will happily issue you Store Credit for the full amount you paid. If you call within the 4-Hour period before the class you *may* be issued a partial Store Credit. Store Credits will only be good for six months from the date of issue. Store credits are transferable to another painter, but not to another studio.
PRIVATE PARTY
We DO NOT offer REFUNDS, no exceptions! All reservations for muti-payor private parties must cancel one week (7-days) before the event takes place. Store Credits will only be issued if you cancel before the 7-day cutoff. Otherwise, you have lost your reservation.
POP-IN | DIY
A $20 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all Pop-In | DIY reservations. If you are unable to attend your reserved session, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be issued as store credit.
LATE ARRIVALS | If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your Pop-In | DIY reservation, you will be considered a No-Show/No-Notice, and no store credit will be provided.
TAKE HOME KIT
Please be aware if you book a take-home kit that SALE IS FINAL! No refunds or store credit will be given for Twist at Home Kits.
STUDIO CANCELLATIONS
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the painting, or artist, postpone or cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best not to, but should it become necessary for us to cancel a class, you will receive either a full refund or store credit.
