Benefits of a Private Party:

Choose your own masterpiece from our collection of over 21,000 paintings. We’ll email you a link to browse and select your painting!
Parties can be scheduled any day of the week, subject to availability, with morning, afternoon, and evening slots.
Enjoy your own private party room and a dedicated artist-instructor.
Prices are the same as our regular public classes: 2-hour events start at $39 per person, and 3-hour events start at $49 per person. (See additional info for Kid’s Birthday Parties below.)
No setup or cleanup required—just show up and have fun!
You get the room 30 minutes before and after your party to celebrate.
We provide all art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.
Guests can bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Our Inspiration Bar offers beverages for guests 21+ with valid ID. Note: Colorado law prohibits BYOB.

How to Reserve Your Party:

Call us, visit the studio, email us at studio219@paintingwithatwist.com, or request a party through our Party Request Page.
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive a signed contract and the required event deposit. Please note that the requested date and time are not guaranteed until the reservation is finalized.

Additional Time:

Need more time for your celebration or gathering? We offer extended room time in increments of 30 minutes for $50 or an hour for $75. Hosts can access the event room 30 minutes before the event to set up decorations and food, and have up to 30 minutes afterward for cleanup and take down of decorations.

Payment Information:

Event Deposit: The host will receive an invoice for the deposit via email. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone or in the studio.
Final Payments: For host-pay events, the balance is due on the day of the event. For individual-pay events (where each attendee pays for their own seat), guests will pay online when making their reservations. The host will receive a unique link to send to attendees.

Capacity:

Private Party Room: Up to 16 guests.
Main Party Room: Up to 40 guests.
Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 6 painters is required for private parties.
For parties with more than 20 guests: payment for at least 20 attendees is required 2 weeks in advance to secure the Main Studio. Main Studio parties can only be held Monday through Thursday. For large party requests Friday through Sunday, availability of the room and schedule will determine if the Main Studio can be reserved.

Notice Required:

Please provide at least 1 week’s notice to ensure artist availability. More notice is appreciated! For events needed in less than one week, contact the studio directly to check availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Secure your reservation with a 2-seat deposit. A 72-hour notice is required for cancellations; a fee equal to the 2-seat deposit will be charged for cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice. If the minimum number of attendees is not met, the host’s credit card will be charged to cover the balance.

Additional Information for Kid’s Parties:

Host a unique birthday party for your child, Scout troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids enjoy painting and dance breaks, and they leave with their completed masterpieces—no need for a pickup later.
Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday and Saturday nights.
Typical kids' parties start at $29 per painter and include 1.5 of art, with time for breaks, cupcakes, and presents.
