Hi! I'm a Miami girl who moved to Gainesville in 2016 and have fallen in love with this city ever since! I graduated from Santa Fe College with my Associates in Fine Art and began working at PWAT soon after. I've always been an artistic person with my favorite mediums being graphite and colored pencils growing up. It wasn't until I began working at PWAT that I began to love acrylic painting. Besides my love for art, I absolutely love animals! In addition to PWAT I am a freelance pet portrait artist and care giver. I look forward to meeting and painting with you in the studio! Cheers!

Hi, I'm Caroline! Growing up in Florida, I was captivated by the ocean's beauty. Swimming, boating, and exploring the shore fueled my passion for capturing the interplay of light and color. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Florida, I've earned national recognition for my work in oil, watercolor, and acrylic. My art focuses on human figures in water, aiming to convey both realism and emotion. I currently work as a gallery represented fine artist and a Display Artist for retail spaces along with my work at Painting with a Twist! I love all things painting and I cannot wait to paint with you!

Hey there! I'm Kat and I was born and raised in Gainesville. In 2010 I moved to Savannah, Georgia to pursue my passion for the arts. I received my Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Illustration and a minor in Photography from SCAD in 2015. I’ve been working as a professional artist ever since. My inspiration is Vincent Van Gogh and my favorite medium to work with is acrylic. I currently have my own Pet Portrait business, and when I’m not at the studio or an art market, I'm working on a commission! Thanks for joining us and let’s start painting! :)

Hi everyone, I'm Anna McFalls! I work as an art director, designer, artist, and illustrator based out of Gainesville, Florida. I am pursuing my BFA in Graphic Design and minor in Mass Communications at The University of Florida. I am a passionate creative thinker with a focus on art and design within the music industry. I live for the challenge of communicating sound into eye-catching visuals. I work as an Art Director for the Agency at UF, a creative at Bonkers! Music Magazine, and as a freelance designer for multiple local bands. I love every opportunity I have to be creative in my career and everyday life and I’m looking forward to painting with you soon!

Hello everyone, I’m Katie! I am a student at the University of Florida studying history and criminology. I love painting all sorts of landscapes, but especially mountains! I also love painting cartoonish characters and animals. I’ve been drawing and painting since I was a little kid, and have always switched between oil paints and acrylic. Ever since I started working at Painting With A Twist, I have been working with acrylics more and more! In my free time I love spending time with my friends and family, drawing, and volunteering at the humane society!

Hi everyone, I'm Kaitlyn McCarty! I was born and raised in Florida, and I’m currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida! When my hometown was hit by a Category 5 hurricane, I turned to art. My piece, The Calm After the Storm, depicted both the destructiveness and beauty of nature, and was chosen to be displayed in the United States Congress Building. Since then, art has been my peace. In particular, I am inspired to capture my natural surroundings. I have been to over 30 National Parks and I love to paint scenery from my trips. I am originally from a small town in Michigan and I moved to Florida in 2018. Currently, I attend the University of Florida in hopes to graduate with a degree in Criminology with minors in Digital Arts and Sciences and Art History. Some fun facts about me include: I am left-handed, I am a cancer, and I love pottery! In my hometown of West Palm Beach, I work at a pottery studio, and with my employment, my passion for the arts has grown tremendously!
