About This Event

This is a 2 canvas painting for you & your guest to paint together! You MUST purchase 2 seats/canvases. You may not share one canvas. You choose one side to paint, and your guest will paint the other. When you put these 2 canvases together, they will make 1 whole image!

We're a BYOB studio. Feel free to bring anything you would like to eat or drink. Must be 21 years old to drink alcohol.

This is a time-sensitive event, therefore we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! Painting begins & ends promptly at the times listed. Late guests may not have enough time to finish their painting, and the staff cannot stay passed the scheduled finish time to assist The entire time of the class will be needed to complete the painting. If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice by phone. No refunds given once a reservation is made. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. .

BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions, classes may be cancelled. ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for circumstances including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. Out of town guests may transfer or gift the reservation or order a twist at Home kit on our website, https://www.paintingwithatwist.com/studio/gretna/diy-art-kits/.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the event, or cancel an event for unforeseen circumstances. Events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Guests will be notified in advance and offered a studio credit or refund.

We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment. Alcohol is permitted for ages 21 and older. We do NOT provide ice. You may bring your own! Snacks/Finger Foods are also welcome.

Refund/Cancellation

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable. "No shows" or customers without 48 hours notice of cancellation will NOT be issued store credit or refunds - no exceptions.
Please give us 7 days notice if you must cancel a private party. There will be a $150 fee if we are not given a minimum of 7 day notice.

BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions and the roads are unsafe to travel on, classes may be cancelled. In this case ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will not be issued for guests who registered and live out of town. If you live out of town, you may use the store credit to purchase a Twist at Home kit equivalent to the price paid for the class or the credit can be transferred to another guest.
