Why book a Painting Party?

Private Party Contract must be signed and a three seat down payment is required to secure a date and time. The contract commits you to the following requirements:

  1. Private parties can be scheduled any time (7 days a week) as long as we are not having a regular scheduled class, in which you may still have a semi private party if the studio is not full.

  2. Private party minimums may vary depending on the time and date of desired party:  BREAKDOWN AS FOLLOWS:  To have the studio all to yourself and your party alone with no additional events you will need 15 people minimum.  Daytime events- 10 minimum for children under 12 OR 8 MINIMUM FOR ALL 2+ HOUR ADULT CLASSES.  If you cannot acquire the minimum requirements for a private party , that is nothing to stress about.  You will have the ability to have a SEMI-PRIVATE GATHERING alongside a regularly scheduled class in another area of the room.  You will need 8 people minimum to have a semi- private party. 

  3. The cost of a three-hour class is $45 and the cost of a two-hour class is $38 regardless of the day. These costs are based on painting choice. We have $30 (kids 1.5 hour classes) available during daytime or evening hours.  We allow a 30 minute grace period for the kids classes after the party time is over.  Additional time maybe purchased for extra time. For an extra 30mins will be $50 , but must be booked and paid for in advance along with a 3 seat deposit for securing your private party reservation. The 3 seat deposit will be counted towards your reservations, but is not refunded if cancellation occurs after one week. (Please discuss individual circumstances with studio manager.)

  4. Once the contract is signed we will send you a link to our gallery of paintings to make your choice of painting for your special party. (The studio will provide you with the link when the contract is received.)

  5. We supply the paint, canvas, easels, brushes, and aprons. You bring your beverage of choice and snacks or appetizers. We have cups, wine openers and ice buckets.  We do not provide ice.

  6. Our maximum capacity is 35

  8. One week cancellation required. Minimum total must be registered and paid one week prior to the scheduled private party.
