Private Party or Team Building.....Here is how it works!
Everyone loves to pARTy! Here's how to host yours:
If you have a group of 18 or more painters, you can have your own private party at our studio. You pick the artwork, and our awesome artists will guide you step-by-step painting the artwork of your choice from our huge art library!
Our private parties are perfect for a Birthday, Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, GNO, GDO, Mom's Night Out, Office Party, Team Building, Corporate Team Building, Meetup Groups, Baby Shower, Gender Reveals, Graduation, Church Parties, Holiday Parties, Family Reunion....or just cause!
We have two great rooms to choose from for your party. Our smaller room can accommodate up to 14 painters (minimum party size is 8 painters) and the large room can hold up to 28 (minimum party size is 15). Let us know how many painters you expect to have, and we'll check available dates and times for you.
After we have your reservation set up, we will email you your party management link with a place to sign your party agreement confirming the details of you party, a link to pay your non-refundable equivalent to 3 seats deposit and a link to choose the artwork for you event from our extensive art library. Everyone will paint the same painting.
Once your painting has been added to our calendar, you can use the party management link to create online invitations and email them to your guests - should you chose to use it. A party passcode will also be created for you so that only you and your guests will be able to make the reservation.
You can arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We provide easels, canvases, aprons, paint, plates, cups, napkins, eating utensils, cork screws and bottle openers for in-studio events! Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice. (Alcohol Policy - WINE OR BEER ONLY based on VA ABC Laws - NO HARD LIQUOR ALLOWED)
Payment
We will hold your party inquiry for 24 hours, at which time we will require you to put down the equivalent of 3 seat deposit to secure your party date and time. We are booking up pretty quickly, so call us as soon as possible plan your private party!
Your event can be set up as a Host Pay event or you can ask each guest to pay for their seat when they RSVP to your event on our website. Easy!
Balance must be paid in full even if the minimum guest requirement is not met. For example, the minimum is 8, but only 6 show - you still have to pay for 8.
Adult Party (2 Hour Painting)
- 16x20 Canvas - $45 per painter
- 11x14 Canvas - $40 per painter
- Blacklight/Glow - $45 per painter (Ask about date and time availability; max of 14 painters)
- 10x30 Canvas - $47 per painter
- Make a Scented Soy Candle - $20 per person
- Add Color to your Soy Candle - $5 per candle
- Extra 30 minutes of party time - $50 fee
KIDS PARTY - recommended for ages 6-12 (1.5 Hour Painting)
- 16x20 Canvas - $30 per painter
- 11x14 Canvas - $27 per painter
- Blacklight/Glow - $35 per painter (Ask about date and time availability; max of 14 painters)
- Extra 30 minutes of party time - $50 fee
CORPORATE EVENTS & TEAM BUILDING
2 Hour Events

1.5 Hour Event (Monday - Thursday Only)

- ADDITIONAL PARTY TIME If you would like another 30 minutes set aside for cakes, snacks, presents, etc, you can rent the studio space for an additional $50. Available for all 1.5 hour kid's parties and select 2 hour adult parties. Please confirm availability when booking.
- NEW! Make your custom soy CANDLE for $20. Choose from 24 wonderful scents. Add a candle-making option to any private party!
Private Party Cancellation Policy
- We will charge the host's credit card the equivalent of 3 seats at the time of the reservation confirmation and will apply it to your party balance.
- You are financially responsible for meeting the minimum number of guests regardless of their attendance.
- We have a seven (7) day cancellation/reschedule policy. If cancellation or request to reschedule is not given within 7 days, you will forfeit your deposit.
- In the event a guest pay Private Party is canceled, store credits only will be issued to guests who have already made a reservation.
VIP Parties!
Don't have enough people for a private party? Have a VIP party! If you have four or more painters, you can pick the painting for your class. Just pay for four seats and we'll send you a link to our art library to pick the painting. We'll open up the party for others to join you and your group will get preferred seats!
Off-Site Events (when we come to you)
Have a large group or want us to come do a team building or holiday party? We can do that! The minimum for an off-site event is 15 painters and the fee is $45 per person for a two-hour painting event on 16x20 canvas plus a $100 mobilization fee. There may be additional travel fees for locations over 30 miles from our studio. We can do off-site events in a neighborhood clubhouse, schools, hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, churches.....you get the idea! We are sorry but we are not able to do off-site events at individual homes.
