Owner & Artist | Born and raised in Laurel, MS, I grew up with a love for the visual arts. I received my Associates of Arts from Jones College, at the time Jones County Junior College, and my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from William Carey University. It was while in college that I became an Artist for Painting with a Twist in Hattiesburg. During my college career I also gained knowledge in recruiting and administration. With that experience, I pressed forward becoming a Director, Recruiter and Manager. This all lead me back to the place I belong, PAINTING WITH A TWIST! Now the Owner & Operator of the studio I love, I strive for excellence not only in performance but in making a difference in the lives of others!

Artist | Born and raised in Collins, Ms, I graduated from Simpson Academy in ‘08, then spent a few years changing majors and having a kid! A few years later I re-enrolled and went on to graduate with an Associate’s in Electrical Technology & Instrumentation. I’m 31 and have been doodling since around kindergarten? For me, art and drawing have always been an escape. Just a hobby I learned on my own time growing up. I started out just (very poorly) drawing the things I saw everyday. I mainly used pencils until I was older and could afford more expensive art supplies to try out. I eventually moved on to ink pens, then alcohol markers, color pencils, and finally made my way into painting a few years ago! I’m the dad to two awesome little dudes! They’re constantly shaking me down to draw their favorite comic and cartoon characters but I love to do it

Artist | I grew up in Brandon, MS, but moved to Hattiesburg for college. I’m a student at William Carey University and am working hard to get my Bachelors of Fine Arts. I’ve always loved making art ever since I was a tot. Although my parents never appreciated my sharpie drawings on the bathroom floors! For me, art is an outlet for expression and a fun way to relax. I love making digital art, making ceramic pieces, and of course painting! I’m a people person to my core and love spending time creating and teaching art with others.
