CLASS WILL START AT THE DESIGNATED TIME so be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you're more than 15 minutes LATE, you'll be given a store credit. If you are LATE by 30 minutes or more, your seats will be forfeited and NO STORE CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. Class will start and end at its designated time so that we can reset and get ready for the next pARTy!
PAYMENTS: Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone, 601-264-0074, or visit our studio for payment.
COLOR CHANGE REQUESTS: If you wish to change any aspect of your painting, such as colors, please specify in the "Special Request" box when you make your reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: We require 24 hour notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another painter. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of class start time will be issued a store credit. "No shows" or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will NOT be issued store credit or refunds.
Groups of five or more must cancel THREE DAYS before the date of the class.
Classes are subject to cancellation if not enough reservations are made. To make sure your class is not cancelled, reserve your seat online or call the studio to reserve your seat.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Cancelled classes will be issued refunds or store credits.
*BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage)* There is no limit to what you can bring… liquor, beer, wine, sodas, etc. You can also bring whatever food and snacks you'd like! We provide cups, napkins & bottle openers. We do NOT provide ice or utensils.
*You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol at the studio.
