Why book a Painting Party?
Our Private pARTy Contract and Event Deposit must be completed to secure your date and time! The contract commits you to the following requirements:
1. Private Events can be scheduled for 2-hour or 3-hour classes, given they don't conflict with other scheduled events.
2. 2-hour Adult Events are $40 per painter. 2-hour Kids Events (Ages 6-12) are $30 per painter. 3-hour Adult Events are $45 per painter. 3-hour Kids Events (Ages 6-12) are $35 per painter.
3.Your guests will arrive atleast 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to allow for checking in, uncorking and unwinding! CLASSES BEGIN AND END AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.
We allow a 30-minute grace period from the time the instructor is finished teaching the painting. An additional studio fee of $50.00 may be added to your cost if your guests fail to arrive by the time class starts, or if your group exceeds the 30-minute grace period at the end of class.
4. The minimum number of attendees is 8 to host a Private Event. The maximum is 40.
5. The Event Deposit of $80.00 is required to hold your date and time. The deposit also covers the cost of 2 painters!
6. Event Deposit, Contract and Artwork selection are required one week (7 days) after your Private pARTy request is approved!
7. We also require a one week (7 days) notice if you should need to CANCEL your event. Failure to give a one week (7 days) notice forfiets your deposit.
We will provide all the supplies you will need such as paint, brushes, easels, canvases and aprons. We also have a supply of wine openers, plastic cups and napkins for your use. You’re welcome to bring beverages of choice, but keep in mind, we do not supply ice. You can also bring any snacks or finger-foods you would like!
