About This Event

Welcome to our highly anticipated ACOTAR Paint & Trivia Workshop!

WORKSHOP INFO: Upon arrival, your artists will print off step-by-step written instructions for your chosen painting for you to follow along with! Your artists will be available throughout the event to replenish paint, napkins and to offer tips and tricks. If you prefer more guidance, please check out the other events on our public calendar! Most of our events are expertly guided from the stage by a professional artist, however, this is a DIY event for those who want the support of an artist and the materials and space to achieve their own painting at their own pace.

SEATING: If you and your friends are signing up individually but would still like to be seated together, please include a "group" name in the Special Notes box at the place of check out. If you do not specify who you would like to sit with, we may not be able to make last minute adjustments.

PICKING YOUR PAINTING: If you're signing up multiple people at once but not everyone wants to paint the same option, no worries - simply write the desired option for each guest in the Special Notes Box at the place of checkout so we can best prepare for you. EXAMPLE: "Jessica: Option 1. Jasmine: Option 5." This way your artist can best prepare your painting station in advance. If you do not specify that guests in your party want different paintings, we may not be able to make last minute accomodations.

TRIVIA INFO: Throughout the event, your artists will rattle off a series of trivia questions for guests to battle over and the guest with the most correct answers will win a FREE seat!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before this class' scheduled time to check in, tie your apron, pour a drink, and find your seat.

BYOB! Bring whatever you like - wine, beer, coffee, Koolaid, snacks - we don't judge! By law, you must be age 21+ to consume alcohol in our studio. Please drink responsibly. We provide cups, plates, napkins, utensils and bottle openers!

Refund/Cancellation

Cancellation policy is strictly enforced. All sales are final. When cancelling, please leave a voicemail or email us at studio263@paintingwithatwist.com with your name, the event date & title, as all calls and email are time-stamped.)

PUBLIC EVENTS: Store credits will be issued to guests who provide cancellation no later than 5 hours of the event.
PRIVATE EVENTS: Store credits will be issued to guests/hosts who provide cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change instructors, rooms, or even cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Registrants for canceled events will be notified as soon as possible and the option of a full refund or store credit will be offered.
