 Benefits of a Private Party

  • You get to choose the painting for your party from our collection of over 18,000 paintings! Once your party is booked, we will email you a link to the gallery so that you can choose your painting. You will be able to choose from 2 hour (starting at $42-63/person depending on the surface) or 3 hour (starting at $52-73/person) paintings. Custom paintings, like Paint Your Pet, are also available starting at $62 per person. Paintings for kid's parties are available starting at $32 (1.5 hour paintings) & $42 (2 hour paintings)! See additional info for Kid's Birthday Parties below.
  • You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available 7 days a week.  Book early for Prime Time Saturday & Sunday events starting at $45 per person.
  • You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • You get 30 minutes after the scheduled painting time to "Wine Down" & take photos, finish your snacks, and dry your paintings.  Additional party time can be purchased ahead of time if the event schedule allows.
  • You get your own room, your own instructor,  and you get to pick the painting!
  • We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.

Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

Studio A (the Main Room) can accommodate a maximum of 48 guests. Studio B (the Party Room) can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests.

The minimum number of painters required for private parties in Studio B on Friday and Saturday nights is 15. Our main room (Studio A) is reserved for public classes on Friday and Saturday nights. To reserve it for a private event, the required party minimum is higher. Call us to inquire about this option.

The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 10.

The minimum number of painters required for a private Paint Your Pet party is 15 regardless of the day of the week or studio. 

Please note that parties can paint with fewer than the minimum number of painters, but the minimum cost of the party is equivalent to the minimum number of painters required. This is the minimum cost for a private event.

The host of the party can secure a private party reservation with a non-refundable purchase of 3 seats.  

Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host/hostess will receive a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email or print custom invitations. To make things easier on the host, we can give guests the option of paying individually online for their seats, or the host/hostess may pay with one payment for the party. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess will be charged the balance to meet the minimum cost of the private party room.

If you do not have enough guests to host a private event, ask us about hosting a VIP public class!  You get to pick the painting, day, and time based on availability, and only have to commit to 6 seats.  VIP events are open to the public, but VIPs get priority seating and tables for their refreshments.

Additional Information for Kid Parties

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date. 

Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights.

Van Gogh Package:

  • 1.5 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • This package is for painters age 10 and under. They are designed for our youngest painters ages 5-10.
  • Selection of a 1.5 hour painting
  • $32 for each painter - Minimum of 10 painters. 
  • Hosts can email or print custom invitations

Picasso Package:

  • 2 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • Ages 10+. Younger painters also enjoy the paintings in this package.  
  • Selection of a 2 hour painting (great for our older young painters) 
  • Starts at $42 for each painter Monday - Friday and $45 per person Saturday & Sunday.
  • Hosts can email or print custom invitations

Rembrandt Package:

  • 3 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
  • Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
  • Selection of a 3 hour painting (great for our older young painters)
  • $52 for each painter - Minimum of 10 painters. 
  • Hosts can email or print custom invitations
