FAMILY FUN/Art For Ages 6+: Painters under the age of 6 must be painting with an adult.
Please purchase a painting surface for each painter in your reservation or singles may choose a side! For sets with multiple options, reply with your selection for pre-sketch if needed.
Please arrive 20-25 minutes prior to start time. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION OF CLASS TIME FOR LATE ARRIVALS.
AGE POLICY: Please respect the age policy listed above. We do not allow infants, toddlers during this class. No Exceptions.
BYOB: Drinks & Food, including alcohol. We provide cups, napkins, bottle openers and paper plates. You are allowed to bring your own ice in a small cooler. You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID.
SEATING REQUESTS: Please tell us who you want to sit with in the “Seating and Special Requests” section. We do make seating charts for classes with more than 20 guests.
PAYMENT POLICY: When you make your reservation online, the site takes payment immediately. Payment online or via phone is required to guarantee your reservation. Phone reservations require minimum 50% of balance due. Should there be a no show or inadequate cancellation notice, no studio credit will be offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-hours’ notice for 1-2 seats and 72-hours’ notice for 3 or more seats. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class credit will not be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats for full studio credit. We do not offer refunds for guest cancellations: reply to confirmation email.
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be canceled, you will be notified via email. In the event of a class cancellation by the studio, guests will be offered their choice of studio credit, transfer reservation, Twist at Home kit or a refund.
