Why book a Painting Party?

The benefits of private parties

You can select the painting taught from our extensive library including over 3000+ original works of art.
If scheduled at least two months in advance, you can have a customized painting. One of our local artists would be happy to create a specific image for your group. Creation Fee of $75 applies, ask for details.
You'll have the studio and an entertaining Artist/Instructor for your group.
You can go however over or understated that you'd like. Hire in a caterer, a decorator, just show up with snacks/drinks...the possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination! Our studio staff can offer suggestions, too! Our Party Planners are brilliant! Please NO glitter or confetti.

Rooms/Minimum Requirements

We have a 10-painter minimum, with a maximum of 36 in our private party room. Our main room can accommodate up to 48 and can be reserved for a minimum of 36 painters. The party host/hostess is responsible for covering “no show” guests up to the minimum requirement.

Deposit

We require a deposit of $150.00 upon booking. The deposit is a HOLD on your account and will look like a PENDING charge. After your party if all terms are met, the HOLD will be lifted the next business day following your party. The deposit cannot be used toward your minimum painter requirement.

Fees/Guest Payments

Our 2-hour paintings are $39.00/person and our 3-hour paintings are $49.00/person. Coupons, discounted and complimentary gift certificates are NOT valid toward private parties. Your party guests have the option of registering and paying online prior to your party or paying at the door. It is recommended that you encourage your guests to pay in advance to ensure you meet your minimum requirement. Ask about our Monday-Wednesday private event special!

Painting Choice

We have thousands of paintings to choose from in our library. Once you have reserved your party and it is set-up in our system, you will receive a private party management link so you can choose the artwork for your party. Once you have made your painting selection, you will be able to use the same link to send invitations to your guests and monitor online reservations.

Cancellation/Studio Time

We have a 7-day cancellation policy. We allow 30 minutes prior to your “paint” time and 15 minutes after as extra studio time for you and your guests. If you go over your allotted studio time, you will be charged a fee of $75.00. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.

Food and Drinks

You are welcome to bring anything you’d like to eat and drink with no restrictions. Please NO open flame or plugs [no burners or crock-pots] Outside of all painting supplies, we provide ice for chilling, ice buckets, cups, napkins and corkscrews.
