Your Supply Kit: Each kit includes: One Shiplap Pallet (pre-sketched if needed!), paint colors needed, new brushes for you to keep, paper plate, paper towels, a cover for your table surface, distraction and escape. We can all use a little of this! We have options for adults, teens, couples, kids and everyone in between! It also includes printed instructions that will take you step by step to ensure you have fun while creating your Twist creation! **Paintings that are sets should be purchased as TWO kits** Some selections include a video complement. If you’ve chosen artwork with a video complement, your video link and a password will be included on your instructions. You will receive an email to let you know your kits are completed and packaged. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Individual credit/debit card refunds may be given with advance notice, but will be assessed a $5 processing fee. We do not refund cash. Individuals canceling with less than 24 hours notice will be given a credit for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY with an expiration date of 60 days. Once a store Credit is issued NO REFUNDS will be issued. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer, NO SHOWS will not receive a refund or store credit. (We require an email request for any Cancellations or Reschedule request, Please reply to your initial confirmation with your requests. Phone calls are appreciated but do not serve as your cancellation.)
