All In-Studio Events (Including Open Studio and Pop In & Paint) & Public Offsite Events.
CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We have lowered our cancellation policy for in-studio events only to 12 hours. Public Off-Site Events remain at 24 hours. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you need to cancel your reservation for an in-studio event for any reason, please notify the Studio at least 12 hrs. for in-studio or 24 hrs. for offsite in advance, and a Studio Credit will be issued. All Refunds are done in the form of Studio Credit, which can be used towards a future standard in-studio event for up to 2 years as of 1/1/2022. "No Shows", Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late, Guests not following the Age or Alcohol Policy listed above, or guests not in masks will NOT be issued a studio credit or allowed to paint and will lose their registration fee.
Each event must have at least 4 guests signed up depending on the event to be able to take place. Due to this, we may have to reschedule events with little notice. IN THE EVENT WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WEATHER, COVID, OR LACK OF PARTICIPANT YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE CHOICE OF A DIFFERENT EVENT, A TWIST AT HOME KIT, OR A STUDIO CREDIT THAT IS REDEEMABLE FOR 2 YEARS AS OF 1/1/2022.
CREDITS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS FOR ANY REASON AND STUDIO CREDITS CAN NOT BE USED FOR TWIST AT HOME KITS OR POP IN & PAINT.
