Painting with a Twist FAQ

CAN I BRING DRINK OTHER THAN WINE?

  • Of, course! You're more than welcome to bring in snacks to munch on as well! 

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

  • We provide wine cups, plates, napkins, utensils. We have wine openers. You have to bring your own ice.

WHEN ARE YOUR CLASSES PUBLISHED?

  • Classes are published about a month in advance.

CAN I SUGGEST PAINTINGS?

  • We will take painting suggestions into consideration as long as there are no classes going on for the date/time being considered, or there are no reservations for the class currently on the calendar.

DO YOU OFFER CLASSES OFFSITE (OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO)?

  • Yes, we do. We do have a minimum headcount required, but please call us for more detail.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

  • "No show" "No call" reservations will not receive any credits or refunds.
  • The person who makes the reservation needs to be the one to contact us before class starts if they or anyone in their party cannot attend. Cancellation notices made at the studio will not be honored and cusomter will not get store credit or refund.  
  • 72 hour notice is required for refunds, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
  • Because of the level of effort it takes to prepare these canvases, we will not offer a refund, rather, we will give you a store credit to come back and visit our studio for Custom Paintings, ie. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House, etc.
  • If you used a gift certificate to reserve a class and cancel, we will not issue you another gift certificate or store credit
  • Private Parties or group reservations have their own refund policy. Please click on our Party Info page on the left.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A FREQUENT PAINTER'S CARD?

  • Punch cards are a thing of the past! We now have a Paint Points program. When you make your next reservation online, check out the top right hand corner. You will see a button that says "My Rewards Account". Create your account and let the rewards start rolling in!!! You can also sign up for an account at the end of your registration process! 

CAN YOU HOLD MY SEAT AND I PAY WHEN I ARRIVE?

  • We are sorry, but no. We've seen that most people don't show up when they have not paid. This takes away from folks who want to attend.

CAN I WALK IN, PAY AND JOIN A CLASS?

  • You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests gets accomodated first. Addtionally, when we have a big class, it takes alot of preparation time. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible.
