Benefits of a Private Party

You select your own masterpiece to paint from our collection of 18,000 paintings. A link will be emailed to you so that you can choose your painting! You will be able to choose from 2 hour ($42-$63/person) or 3 hour ($52-$73/person) paintings. (See additional info for Kid's Birthday Parties below)
You can schedule your party any day of the week, space permitting. We have morning, afternoon and evening slots available.
You get your own private party room and your own artist-instructor.
No set up, no clean up - just show up!
Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
You get 30 minutes after your scheduled painting time for snacks, photos, and drying your paintings.. Additional party time can be purchased ahead of time, if the event schedule allows.
You get your own room, your own instructor, and you get to pick the painting!

We provide all of the art supplies, as well as cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.

Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice.

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

Main Studio can accommodate a maximum of 44 guests.

Party Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests.

The minimum number of painters required for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights is 15

The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 10.

The minimum number of painters required for a private Paint Your Pet party is 15 regardless of the day of the week.

Please note that parties can paint with fewer than the minimum number of painters, but the minimum cost of the party is equivalent to the minimum number of painters required. This is the minimum cost for a private event.

The host of the party can secure a private party reservation with a non-refundable purchase of 3 seats which must be made 48 hours after booking you private event.

Once the private party has been booked and the painting is selected, the host will be given a passcode to distribute to guests. Hosts can also email or print custom invitations. The party can be set up for guests to purchase their own seats, or for the host to pay for the event all at once. The party minimum must be paid for 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event.

If you do not have enough guests to host a private event, ask us about a VIP public event! You get to pick the painting and date & time (based on availability, and only have to commit to 6 seats. VIP events are open to the public, but the VIP group gets priority seating and tables for their refreshments.

Additional Information for Kid Parties

Host a unique party for your child's birthday, Scout Troop, sports team, or dance class! Kids love painting here and they also love our dance breaks! Plus, kids leave with their complete masterpieces, so there is no need to come back and pick them up at a later date.

Kid parties are available any day or evening of the week, except Friday & Saturday nights.

Van Gogh Package:

1.5 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
This package is for painters age 10 and under. They are designed for our youngest painters ages 5-10.
Selection of a 1.5 hour painting
$320 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $32 each.
Hosts can email or print custom invitations

Picasso Package:

2 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
Ages 10+. Younger painters also enjoy the paintings in this package.
Selection of a 2 hour painting (great for our older young painters)
$420 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $42 each.
Hosts can email or print custom invitations

Rembrandt Package:

3 hours of painting plus 30 minutes of party time!
Your party room will be available for setup and check-in 30 minutes before the start time of your painting.
Selection of a 3 hour painting (great for our older young painters)
$520 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $52 each.each painter
Hosts can email or print custom invitations
