Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON all event reservations are NON REFUNDABLE. Please read the EVENT DESCRIPTION with age restrictions before you pay!

No One under the age of 6 is allowed in the studio. NO OBSERVERS with the exception of Kids Morning Paint, Pop In, and Kids Camp.

We REQUIRE at least 4 hours notification for a reschedule request, reservation credit or Take Home Kit option if you cannot make your reserved spot-NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE do not ask for "SPECIAL" exception for your case a few hours before the event to get a credit or transfer. Even if you register within 4 hours of an event, this policy applies. By registering, you agree & acknowledge this cancellation policy when you check out.

All Studio Credits must be used within 90 Days of Issue (valid 3 months from the issue date). All Take Home Kits must be picked up within 21 Days.

PUBLIC EVENTS - In Studio, Offsite or Virtual
• Require at least a 4-Hour notice to cancel for store credit or a reschedule. Groups of 6 or MORE need 3 days notice for store credit or reschedule!
• Any cancellations with less than 4-Hour's notice will forfeit all payments. NO EXCEPTIONS
• If you book your seats within 4-Hours of an event and then want to cancel, this still falls within the policy that we need a 4 hour notice, therefore you forfeit your payment. There is no refund or transfer available for these cases.
• You CAN have your canvas/paints/supplies packaged and pick up a Take Home Kit from the studio for reservations of 2 painters or less if requested the day of the event. These must be PICKED UP from the studio within 21 days of the event date.
You will be able to attend an SOS session if you need assistance to fix or finish your project.

PRIVATE EVENTS - In Studio, Offsite or Virtual
• Require at least 7-Days notice to cancel for store credit or reschedule.
• Any cancellations with less than 7-Days notice will forfeit all payments.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least seven days’ notice if you need to cancel your seat private event in order for the host to guarantee their minimum number to hold the private party. ALL PRIVATE EVENT RESERVATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Please contact your party host if you cannot make the private event.


TWIST AT HOME KITS & RETAIL ITEMS
• No refunds or changes to orders to different art once kits prepared for pick up or shipped. Once packed, All Sales are FINAL.
• Other retail items, all Sales are Final.
• All Take Home/Twist at Home Kits must be picked up within 3 weeks (21 days) from the requested pick up date requested in your order. Any kits left beyond 3 weeks will be disposed and no refund/credit/refill will be made. If not picked up within 21 days from the requested pick up date, you forfeit all payments


BAD WEATHER: Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared or if roads are unsafe to travel on. Otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelled due to poor weather conditions, studio credit, transfer to another event or Take Home Kit offer will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website and Facebook page for updates in a case of questionable weather; we will also email and text the class roster.

NO SHOWS/No Calls forfeit all payments and do not get the option for a take home kit.
